1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is Simon Smaluhn (contact see Legal Notice, email: simon@smaluhn.com).

2. What this website does NOT do

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and loads no third-party content (no external fonts, no map services, no social media embeds). Simply visiting the site stores no personal data, apart from technically necessary server logs (IP address, time, requested page), kept briefly to ensure operation and deleted automatically (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email, optional phone, buyer type, financing status, message, viewing request) exclusively to handle your inquiry and the house sale (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). The data is stored on a server in the EU and never shared with third parties.

Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the sale process, at the latest six months after the sale is completed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

4. Email updates (double opt-in)

Only if you explicitly tick the box will we inform you by email about the sale process (e.g. viewing days, deadlines). We first send you a confirmation email (double opt-in); only after your confirmation do we add you to the list (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time, informally by email to simon@smaluhn.com.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Lower Saxony: Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen.
